Instruction: MISA allows the identification and localization of microsatellites "Mono, Di, Tri, Tetra, Penta and Hexa" as well as compound microsatellites which are interrupted by a certain number of bases. MISA scripts downloaded from the website (http://pgrc.ipk-gatersleben.de/misa/) developed by (Thiel , et al. 2003), we integrated the MISA in our database to pick microsatellite DNAs from a DNA sequence.
